South Baltic seed money call open

The South Baltic Programme launched a seed money call. Providing funding for project development activities, seed money can help applicants to develop a full project concept for submission under the 3rd call for proposals between 2 November 2016 and 16 December 2016 or later. The deadline for the submission of seed money applications is 17 June 2016. The application documents are available on Programme website.
