Vacancy at the South Baltic Programme – Project Officer

The South Baltic Programme’s Joint Secretariat in Gdańsk (Poland) offers a long-term, temporary replacement employment contract for the vacancy of Project Officer (estimated replacement period till the end of 2019).


Located in the dynamic area of Tricity – Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia – the Joint Secretariat is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the program, providing regions in the 5 countries with information, advice, and guidelines related to the application processes. Moreover, the JS provides support to the Managing Authority, the Certifying Authority and the Monitoring Committee in their daily commitments.

The ideal candidate for this position should be a reliable, goal-oriented, committed, flexible and enthusiastic, ready to be part of a small but dynamic team of people who daily deal with applicants, beneficiaries and stakeholders of the program. The Project Officer will be responsible for the management of projects submitted and approved by the Monitoring Committee of the Program.
