BRE review: Łukasz Bielewski on cooperation between Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship and Kaliningrad Region

On November 2, 2017 the Pan-European Institute published the Baltic Rim Economies review, issue no. 3. The BRE review offers authoritative comments on a wide range of topics involving the Baltic Sea Region.

In the latest issue, Łukasz Bielewski (Director of International Cooperation Department Office of the Marshal of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship – Poland) analyses the political cooperation between Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship and Kaliningrad Region in Russia highlighting the potential for a further growth through both bilateral as well as multilateral cooperation, also including Euroregion Baltic.
