The project is funded by the Swedish Institute and allows Kaliningrad partners to directly participate within a South Baltic project, thus bringing important partners to joint cooperation on youth issues.

The meeting started with welcome words from the Board of Emmaboda municipality and Regional Council of Kalmar County. The meeting was also attended by Polish volunteers from Elblag Europe Association and the representative of the Youth Board ERB from Sweden. Young people have made a lot of interesting comments about the project and presented ideas for future activities within the project.

The meeting was devoted to communication strategy, financing and reporting. At this stage of project implementation an important role in the discussion was adopting survey to local context and add local questions. This subject showed differences in cultural, political, legal and organizational between partners from Sweden, Lithuania, Poland and Russia.

Scientists, representatives of youth organizations and municipalities of the countries involved in the project presented great commitment in the preparation of questionnaires which resulted in a very efficient collaboration during the workshops.

At the end of the meeting the partners scheduled next steps: meeting online universities to further work on the survey and the meeting of all partners in Kaliningrad in November during the kick-off meeting of the CASYPOT-RU project.
