MOMENT kicks off!

Finally, the MOMENT project, Modern Water Management in the South Baltic Sea Area, has officially started! Here are some more practical issues and important dates.

The official kick off for the MOMENT project will be held in Gdansk, a preliminary date is set the 28th and 29th of October! The meeting will start and end with a shared lunch. During September I will send you more information and a program for the day with an agenda. If anybody has any ideas or suggestions on what should be in the program don’t hesitate to give me a call.

As soon as possible or latest in the beginning of October, the partnership agreements will be submitted by the Lead beneficiary to all partners for signature (one for each partner). This includes for example:
•    Rights and obligations of the partner and the Lead beneficiary, e.g. roles of the partner according to the application, reporting deadlines, etc
•    The cost sharing agreement
•    The specific partner budget

To support the implementation of the project and to avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings a guideline will be written and hopefully handed over to all partners latest in the beginning of October.

While awaiting for the partnership agreement and guideline, it is important to keep time records and that costs spent on the project are booked in an accurate way with a separate project account in the book keeping system.

The first working group meeting will take place the 28th and 29th of September in Sweden. I will shortly send an invitation with an attached agenda. If you would like to have an additional meeting in connection with the kick off meeting in October please let me know.
