Territorial Review & Regional Development in Baltic Sea

The Pan-European Institute publishes a quarterly discussion forum, Baltic Rim Economies (BRE), which focuses on the development of the Baltic Sea Region. In BRE, high-level public and corporate decision makers, representatives of Academia and several other experts contribute to the discussion. In its recent edition Akko Karlsson, Vice-Chair of the Regional Council in Kalmar County and member of the Euroregion Baltic Executive Board, discusses the results of the OECD territorial review in the Swedish regions of Blekinge, Jönköping, Kalmar and Southern Småland and regional development around the Baltic Sea. Among other things she highlights the cooperation within Euroregion Baltic with specific focus on youth and water issues. You will find the article on page 11 following this link.
